Web of Science uses impact factor (JIF – Journal Impact Factor, IF – Impact Factor) to rank the journals.
SCIMago uses Scopus database, and SJR (SCIMago Journal Ranking) to rank the journals.
Basically, Web of Science and Scopus databases are different. Also, the JIF and SJR metrics are different too. So, the quartile of SCIMago and the quartile by impact factor in this site (WoS) are different.
